Slow down, surrender, restore…These are my hopes for those joining me in Nosara, Costa Rica.

In the throes of life, we are called to introspection, to feel the barrenness of our nature, to tap into our inner light and warmth, and to truly rest and nourish ourselves. I invite you to join me for a week of exploration of self and soul at Casas Kismet, to set intentions for the year ahead and to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. We will slowly and intentionally navigate the nuances of the human experience through breath, movement, and stillness. While some yoga and meditation experience is encouraged, all are welcome.
